As you travel through the clear waters of Nuuk Fjord, surrounded by towering granite peaks, waterfalls and drifting icebergs, you will feel the presence of Arctic nature all around you. This is more than a sightseeing trip — it is a journey into the wild landscape of Greenland.
Your local guide and captain will share stories about life shaped by the ocean, ice and Greenlandic traditions. Feel the crisp Arctic air as you pass drifting icebergs, hear seabirds echoing across the fjord and watch for whales, seals and other Arctic wildlife along the way.
The journey takes you deep into the spectacular Nuuk Fjord system and includes time ashore in the settlements of Kapisillit and Qoornoq. Between the two settlements, you will sail through the icefjord and pass the Bird Mountain before returning to the original departure point at the Tidewater Steps in Nuuk.
The tour lasts approximately 7–8 hours. The exact duration and route may vary depending on weather, ice conditions and the time spent ashore in Kapisillit and Qoornoq.
